Orlando Bloom and Katy Perry End Sober Pact
Katy Perry opened up about ending the sober pact she shared with Orlando Bloom.
In an interview with The New York Times, Perry said that she and Bloom decided to end their sober pact because it was "limiting" their relationship.
"We were both like, 'This isn't working for us anymore,'" Perry said.
The couple was sober for nearly a year before they decided to end their pact.
"It was a really amazing experience, but it was also really challenging," Perry said.
"We learned a lot about ourselves and each other, and we grew a lot as a couple," she added.
Bloom also spoke about ending the sober pact in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter.
"It was a mutual decision," Bloom said.
"We both agreed that it was time to move on," he added.
Bloom said that he and Perry are still committed to their relationship.
"We're still very much in love," Bloom said.
"We're just taking things one day at a time," he added.
The couple has been together for several years and got engaged in 2019.
